The USA R&D’s Creative Design team is dedicated to focusing on delivering quality and reliability while enhancing user experience efforts to providing users with peace of mind. We are responsible for visual creations that meet the evolving needs of the company and its customers.

I leverage my creative background as a UX Researcher and Designer while deepening my understanding of user-centered methodologies, enabling me to create more impactful and data-driven design solutions for the target audiences.

SaaS | Fleet Management System

At Denso, I contributed to a Fleet Management project with Connected Mobility Platform (CMP) and Verizon aimed at improving fleet operations through better connectivity solutions. My role involved designing user interfaces that were practical for fleet managers and drivers. MobiQ Video (I apologize due to confidentiality I cannot share my work)

The project was a hands-on experience with frequent stakeholder discussions and user testing to refine functionality. Integrating complex data into a user-friendly interface presented a significant challenge like ensuring the real-time data from fleet vehicles was accurately displayed and easy to interpret. The project led to the addition of important features to the Connected Mobility Platform, enhancing its utility and scale. I’m looking forward to seeing how this platform will evolve and impact fleet management in the future.

Experience from Denso

My exploration of the U.S. social and mobility society has been a journey of uncovering complexity, diversity, and untapped opportunities. Unlike countries with centralized approaches, such as Japan, the U.S. presents a mosaic of distinct challenges shaped by vast geographical, cultural, and socio-economic differences. From urban congestion to rural isolation, the mobility landscape reflects deep societal divides, highlighting issues like equitable access, environmental sustainability, and technological adaptation.

What stands out most to me is the complex interplay between innovation and systemic challenges. While technological advancements pave the way for transformative mobility solutions, they often coexist with deeply rooted issues like infrastructure gaps and inequities. This tension underscores the importance of thoughtful, user-centered design that bridges these divides and creates meaningful progress.

As a designer, this understanding shapes how I approach mobility solutions. Design with empathy, ensuring that solutions address not just functional needs but also societal pain points. The human side of mobility—how it impacts lives, communities, and innovations— is what fuels my passion to create.

    • Designed and implemented various internal tools and brandings including websites, 3rd party software, product designs, and branding materials, enhancing organizational efficiency and brand consistency.
